Frequently Asked Questions

Are your books new or used?

Both! Rolling Chapters carries both new and pre-loved books. About 30% of our inventory is used and is all located on one side of the trailer for easy accessibility.

How are your books priced?

With the exception of used books, all of our books are regular list-price, meaning we sell them at the price printed on the back or inside cover of the book. Used books are usually $5 for paperbacks and $7 for hardbacks, unless marked otherwise.

What genres do you sell?

We are a fiction-only bookstore that specializes in romance, thriller, fantasy, and general fiction. We also have a small section of young adult and children’s books.

Our used books section does have a bit more variety, but we still try to stick to carrying fiction.

Where do you get your books?

Like most independent bookstores, we buy our books wholesale from a variety of distributors and publishers.

Can Rolling Chapters come to our town, event, business, school, etc?
